Save every WordPress signup, even when Constant Contact disconnects
For agencies that run client WordPress sites on Constant Contact. Each signup is saved on the site first, then sent. If a client needs to reconnect, you get one alert.
Full refund on request any time before delivery. Target delivery: 31 March 2027.
3 signups are saved and waiting. Nothing is lost.
Send your client this link. They can reconnect without a call: riverside-choir.example/reconnect
Three things happen behind every form
You add the form once. Steady Signups handles the rest.
Add the form
Use the block or the shortcode. Every signup is saved on the site before it is sent.
It sends and retries
It renews the Constant Contact sign-in before it runs out. If a send fails, it tries again later.
You hear once, if needed
If Constant Contact asks for a new sign-in, you get one alert. Your client reconnects alone. Then waiting signups go through.
Lost signups are silent
A site's connection to Constant Contact can lapse. Form signups then fail, and nobody sees an error. The agency usually finds out from the client.
The signups are gone, and you are the one asked why.
What it will and will not do
v1 will
- Its own signup form. Adds contacts to the lists you pick.
- A signup log. Failed and recovered signups, with one-click resend and CSV export.
- One alert. Sent to the address you choose, not to your client.
- An agency page. Connection health and waiting signups across your licensed sites.
v1 will not
- Add Constant Contact to Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 or WPForms.
- Bring back signups lost before it was installed.
- Stop Constant Contact from asking for a new sign-in. It only keeps signups waiting until then.
- Manage campaigns or lists.
One year, up to 10 client sites
Your year starts on the day the plugin is delivered, not the day you pay.
Good fit: freelancers and small agencies running client WordPress sites on Constant Contact.
Not a fit: sites that must keep their current form plugin.

Questions
Why not use Constant Contact's own embed form?
It needs no connection to keep alive, and it suits many sites well. Steady Signups is for sites that need a WordPress form with a log of every signup on the site.
What does my client have to do?
Usually nothing. If Constant Contact asks for a new sign-in, you send them the reconnect link. They sign in, and the waiting signups are sent.
